Please note that we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. 

When you need a different size or another style, you need to place a new order. And, the return products will be processed with below guides. 

In case you don't like the shipped products & want to refund, you need to ship back the products following our return process noted on below. 

 

Within 30 days from your ordered date, you can return your purchased product from CornerGreenGolf.com in [ like-new ]* condition with original packaging.

Once we receive your return, it can take 7-10 business days for our warehouse to process your refund. We'll send a confirmation via email when your return has been refunded to the original payment method.

- Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
- CornerGreenGolf.com is unable to process returns of items purchased at another online retailer or stores.

- Gifted products can be refunded only to the original purchaser, not recipient.

* [ like-new ] condition is unwashed and unworn with all tags & materials are same as you received. We recommend keeping original packaging while you decide about the product.

 

Please follow the below steps for refunds:

1. Print out the return form.

2. Fill out the return form with your original order information in your order confirmation email or delivery note.

3. Fill out each returned product infomation on the return form. You may use the [consmer notes] if you want to share additional information.

• If items being returned were purchased within a multi-buy or promotional offer, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.

4. When you complete the return form, mail the product(s) to Corner Green Golf Headquater at Seoul with below guidelines.

• Pack your product(s) in safe & strong packaging.
• Please include your "delivery note" and the "return form" in your package so that we can identify the order.
• Please keep in mind that you will bear the shipment cost of return when the return product is [like-new]* condition. Only faulty product can be return without shipment cost.
• Corner Green Golf is not responsible responsible for any lost parcel during the returning process.

5. We will update your return request as soon as we receive returned package with an email notification. Please expect an actual refund within 14 days from when we finish return process.

 

Uncollected parcels

If you are not able to pick up your delivery as agreed, we charge the original shipping fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
